CUSTOMER INFORMATION CENTER
- If you need to check the status of your order for any reason, you can do so by logging in to your account on iScope Corp, then clicking on “My Account” at the top of the page. On the left of your account view, you will see “My Orders.” Clicking will show all of your previous orders with us here at iScope Corp. Alternatively, you may click on “Order Status” at the bottom of the home page, however please be prepared with your order number to use this method.
- To update your account information, please use the login bar at the top of the page, then select "My Account." The different pages to adjust your account will be shown on the left hand navigation bar of the page.
- Your (or our) email space is full;
- Your (or our) email Spam filters or other restrictions block the delivery;
- The email you (or we) gave us an error code that is “not readable.”
We have our full time staff in our online customer service department available from 8am – 5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) to reply to the hundreds of customer emails we receive per day.
We continually make great efforts to provide quick and informative service despite the large number of requests we receive each day. Our response time is heavily dependent on the availability of the information you request and if the information you provided is complete. On most requests you should have a reply from us within 24 hours, if not sooner.
You will receive a much faster response if you include the model number(s), sales order number(s), or invoice number(s) of the items in question in your email and always reply to emails within the same thread or conversation. If you do not receive a reply from us within 24 hours, please be patient, as we may be experiencing a larger than expected volume of emails or were not able to get the information you’ve requested quite yet.
